Upgraded to esbuild 0.17.14 to fix baseUrl bug
modular build now supports concurrent building - added --concurrencryLevel flag
Added select command - computes selective options for the user and prints as JSON
Added --includeNonModular flag to lint command - lints non-modular packages with a lint script defined in their package.json
